Ways To Make Money

With the economy in such a downward spiral it's time I make a change. I decided I would try to find a simple way to make money online. With all the helpful information available on the net I assumed it would be pretty easy. I was wrong. I have very little computer skills to mention. I did find that to start I would have to learn more than I already knew. Computer games and social network sites could not teach me. I purchased a collection of E-Books with resell rights and decided I would try to sell these. To begin with I had to read the books myself to see what kind of information I would need to succeed with very little money. And the story begins.

The first thing is what am I going to do with these books I have purchased? I have the reseller rights so I guess I will have to get them online to sell.

The second thing is to build a website to sell them on. Now before you build a website you will need to research for a good host. There are so many hosting company's it's really hard when you have no clue what all the benefits mean. Like what on earth is storage and bandwidth, and how much is enough.

Next you are going to need a domain name. A domain is a key element to your new business. This is going to determine how you are found on the Internet. Some company's offer free websites with the hosting and use of sub domains or you can get your own. If you want to have control of your own name (domain) I suggest to get your own or at least make sure the company offers an option to use your own. Some places will offer several sub domains included with the main domain. I'm still learning the what fores of the sub domains.

OK now I have my product, I have my website with my own domain name I am ready to begin. This is where all the learning begins. I would highly recommend at this point to open a bank account and a pay pal or click bank account. You will have to have a way for people to pay you for the product. I am going to assume you already have a email address you are going to use to affiliate with your newly formed business. Some of the web hosting company's even offer these free as well when you use them.

My learning experience just went to a whole new level. I have to learn basic html to change the books, thank goodness I have kids at this point. I have a program now on my computer where it brings up the entire content where I can make the necessary changes.

I make all the changes inserting my name into all the correct places I'm ready to copy and paste the new html code to my website. It's like what the heck where are the pictures? Now I need a program to put in my own photo's well I knew this wasn't going to be easy. I had no idea pictures could expire from a location once they were placed.

Let's recap now. I have my product, check. I have my domain to use on my own website, check. I have a new payment processing system, check. I have my programs to make changes on my new product, check. Now let's see have I forgotten anything? ADVERTISEMENT!!!!

Now I have to find a way to get my product promoted. There are so many different forms of advertisement available on the Internet and yes you will have to decide what works for you. You can make the little google ads, use google content for instance. You can get affiliates which that alone is a whole new BLOG in itself. You can write articles and submit to various posting sites or you can write a blog which is what I am doing now.

A few other things you will have to learn about if you hope to succeed; stat counters, auto responders, analytics reports , links and link sharing. I know there are many other things I still have to learn as the daily process thus far has gotten me here to you. I wish you well in your own business adventure.
